At Jaz Hand Made, we take pride in the craftsmanship of our artisanal fashion and want you to be completely satisfied with your unique purchase. If your item isn't a perfect fit, we offer returns and exchanges on unworn, tagged items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your hand-made garments in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags and labels remain attached.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned item, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
